After 12 years of working in the nature conservation sector in the UK. I felt the need to touch base with the tropics again. So in November 2019 I joined a team of anthropologist, biologist and botanist and we head to the north part of the country to interview indigenous healers and gather the medicinal plants they use. I also got the opportunity to deliver a 2 day workshop in urban grasses in Guatemala city.
